The Companies maintain a presence on social media websites and applications to offer products, share information, and engage with the public. We do not collect personally identifiable information through those sites and applications. 

ARBITRATION 

If you have any concern or complaint regarding your personally identifiable information, your access and use of the website, including but not limited to the products and/or services available through the website, and/or arising under this Privacy Policy and/or our Terms, including the validity, performance, construction, interpretation, and effect of these Policies and Terms (a “dispute”), please provide written notice as set forth in the Terms of Use. You understand and expressly agree to first attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution directly between yourself and the Companies. 

If the Companies’ written response does not resolve your dispute, you understand and expressly agree all parties shall join in mediation services in [Seattle, Washington] with a mutually agreed mediator in an attempt to resolve the dispute.

If mediation is unsuccessful, and in the event you elect to file arbitrable claims, you agree the Companies will be entitled to its attorney’s fees and that you will not be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees, even if any law, contract, or other authority entitles you to them. You may initiate binding arbitration, subject to the pre-arbitration requirements provision above, by delivering written notice to the Companies (“Notice”). This Notice shall contain a summary of the pre-arbitration steps taken to resolve the dispute, a description of the alleged violation, and supporting documents and materials, as well as a discussion of law relating to the alleged claim. 

You further understand and expressly agree to waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action with respect to any and all disputes. You understand and expressly agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve any and all disputes. All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Washington. These provisions are material and essential to these Policies, and may not be severed from these Policies.

Ingredient Information

Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid: Otherwise known as baking soda and Vitamin C. These two ingredients combined create the “fizzy” effect of a bath bomb.

Epsom Salt: Epsom salt baths can help soften rough or dry skin and can exfoliate dead skin cells. It also aids in reducing soreness & pain.

Corn Starch: Corn starch manages the fizzing reaction of the ingredients; so if you drop your bath bomb in the water, it will not “explode”!

Sunflower Oil: Sunflower oil is a non-comedogenic carrier oil which is highly absorbent. In short: sunflower oil won’t clog your pores. Additionally, it is non-irritating for most people and can be used on all skin types.

Water: What scientists refer to as H20.

Organic Hemp-Derived Cannabidiol (CBD): CBD is a naturally occurring & non-intoxicating cannabinoid (chemical compound) found in both hemp and cannabis plants.
